Check that your heater tap rod is not broken, do this by turning the dial to heat, and then look in the footwell near the centre (around where the foot rest is) and then turn it back to cold, you should see a rod move back and forth. Not sure where the hoses are on your car but on mine they are to the left of the engine bay (if standing in front of the car) at the back, right near the split engine covers where they are easy to damage when taking said covers on and off. When I shut the car down, even if only going for a minute, the thermo fans run on for close to 5 minutes. I'll replace the fuse but it's still not working. He decided to replace the batteries on both, as well as the keypad on one. Air con, recirc and demist buttons all light up. However, now, neither keypad will open the car. I’ve tried the rear window de-mister trick and to no surprise all the air is now coming out the front de-mister as I had read online. But the windscreen vent and foot aircon vents work blowing cold air. Hold down the rear demister button for a few seconds which will reset the actuators. I read up about a reset/ diagnoatic you can do on the HVAC actuators by holding the rear de-mister button for about 10 seconds. No amount of aircon button pressing will fix this and I have found that the only fix is to stop the car, turn the engine off and then back on again, which will then result in the aircon blowing through the correct vents.
